About
Akram Al Ariss finished in 2009 a doctoral study in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (United Kingdom). His research focuses on career, diversity, and expatriation. He is interested in interdisciplinary approaches to studying Human Resource Management. He is Assistant Professor of HRM at Champagne School of Management, ESC Troyes (France) and has previously taught Management courses at EPITECH (Paris).
Before moving to academia, Akram Al Ariss has worked for six years in management consultancy in multinational organizations such as Hewlett-Packard (Beirut), Alcatel-Lucent (Paris), and RATP (Paris).
